Start With a Feeling ↓
Mexico City — spend the day between contemporary art and a very long lunch.✦ Your life should not be postponed until someone else is available.✦ Tasmania — stay at Saffire Freycinet and let the landscape set the pace.✦ You are allowed to choose the trip before anyone understands why.✦ Capri — go after the day-trippers leave.✦ Some decisions become clearer once you stop waiting for consensus.✦ Provence — market in the morning, vineyard by afternoon.✦ You can go simply because you want to know what is there.✦ Champagne — spend the afternoon in a small grower’s cellar.✦ Not every journey needs company to be meaningful.✦ There is a difference between waiting and choosing.✦ Marrakech — disappear behind the doors of a private riad.✦ Barossa Valley — go behind the cellar door with a private tasting.✦ Québec — take the train east, then disappear into a countryside inn for the weekend.✦

Trips I Love

A few places worth putting on your radar.

Not every good trip needs to begin with a search box. This is a collection of places I would genuinely recommend, with my take on why this one and who it suits.

Eat & Drink Your Way Through · Somewhere Unexpected

Oaxaca, Mexico

Oaxaca is a city that rewards appetite. For mole, mezcal and markets, certainly, but also for colour, craft, conversation and the pleasure of letting lunch become the afternoon. It is lively without feeling frantic, deeply rooted without being preserved in place, and the kind of destination that keeps giving you reasons to stay another day.

Sydney

A harbour that delivers, neighbourhoods worth lingering in, excellent food and the ease of a city built around water.

Not sure if this one's right for you? That's what a Tease is for.

How We Can Work Together

Three ways to begin.

You may know exactly what you want to book. You may know where you want to go but need the trip brought together. Or you may simply know that you want to go somewhere.

01 — Trip Tease

You want to go somewhere. You just don't know where yet.

We begin with a discovery call. I research two or three destinations specifically for you and deliver a considered shortlist explaining why each one belongs there. The point isn't more options. It's better ones.

02 — Simple Bookings

You already know what you want.

The resort, cruise or package is already chosen. I secure the reservation, coordinate with suppliers and look after the details, so you don't have to chase anything. It's the same care, just without the planning.

03 — Itinerary Curation

You know where you're going. Now the trip needs to come together.

Accommodation, air, routing, transfers, experiences and pacing, considered as one trip rather than a collection of reservations. You get an itinerary that flows, with room left to breathe.

How It Works

Good trips get clearer in stages.

You don't need to arrive with the whole trip figured out. We begin with what matters and build from there.

Meet Tina

I've never been especially interested in the obvious answer.

I'm Tina, founder of TripTease Travel — a Toronto-based travel advisor, life-long adventurer and a firm believer that women should be able to experience the world on their own terms.

I like travel with a little edge to it. The unexpected city. The smarter route. If the obvious answer isn't the one I think best fits what you actually want, I'll tell you.
